On Sunday, January 20th, Skillsoft will be augmenting its Skillport and Skillsoft Books email delivery systems; which may result in message delivery from those applications appearing from additional IP Addresses that fall within our previously communicated/documented ranges. While we anticipate this will have no impact on the vast majority of our customers, out of an abundance of caution, we wanted to offer advanced notification of these changes. This affects you, and your organization, only if it relies on restricting inbound email access by IP address.
Client Action: If you believe your organization relies on IP whitelisting for inbound email delivery, please share the following information with your IT or Networking organizations.
IT Action: Customers who currently permit access to Skillsoft mail systems by DNS whitelists do not need to take any action at this time, however, if your organization restricts access via explicit IP Addresses, please do the following:
Skillport: Add the below IPs for the new email delivery systems
Skillsoft Books: Add the below IPs for the new email delivery systems
